Choc Banana Protein Slice

Ingredients
Base
- 60g Bulk Nutrients WPI in Banana
- 1 ripe banana
- 64g coconut flour
- 64g oats
- Handful almonds
Middle
- 20g Bulk Nutrients WPI in Salted Caramel
- 40g peanut butter
- 20g maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons hot water
Topping
- 100g chocolate
- Handful granulated nuts
Instructions
- Step 1: Mix all base ingredients together and pour in a lined baking tin and place in the freezer while you make the middle layer.
- Step 2: In a bowl mix all middle ingredients together and whisk until you have a smooth paste, pour on top of the base.
- Step 3: Melt chocolate and pour over top.
- Step 4: Place in the freezer for a few hours.
- Step 5: Cut into squares and keep stored in the freezer.
