Ingredients
Base
- 30g Chocolate earth protein powder
- 120g Self raising flour
- 25g Light butter, melted
- 80g Skim milk
- 10g Desicated coconut
- 10g Nativa gold
- 10g Sugar free maple syrup
Filling
- 80g Choc Hazelnut protein powder
- 120g Skim milk
- 85g Nutella (melted)
Instructions
Base
- Step 1: Combine protein powder, flour, coconut and natvia gold
- Step 2: Stir in melted butter, milk and sugar free maple syrup
- Step 3: Once combined, press into a lined slice tin
- Step 4: Bake for 10 - 12 mins on 180
Filling
- Step 1: Whisk protein powder and milk in a bowl until smooth. Pour into a small saucepan and add melted nutella
- Step 2: Cook on medium heat until thick and smooth
- Step 3: Spread evenly over the base and place in the freezer for 15 minutes
