Strawberry Maple Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 30g Earth Protein Strawberry
- 40g Rolled oats
- 7g Chia seeds
- 125ml Unsweetened almond milk
- 70ml Sugar free maple syrup
- 20g Greek yogurt
- 100g strawberries
Instructions
- Step 1: In a bowl, mix – Oats, Earth Protein and Chia seeds.
- Step 2: Make a well and add almond milk and maple syrup, mix well.
- Step 3: Add ½ of the mixture as the first layer into a glass or jar, add a layer of strawberry, then another layer of oats.
- Step 4: Leave to set in the fridge overnight.
- Step 5: Top with remaining strawberries, yogurt, and swirl of maple syrup and enjoy!
