Caramilk Brownie Recipe

Ingredients
- 120g WPI in Chocolate
- 200g Pumpkin
- 200g Sweet Potato
- 40g Peanut Butter
- 40g Coconut flour
- 50g Sugar-free maple syrup
- 50ml Skim milk
- 20g Avalanche hot chocolate sachet
- 60g Caramilk chocolate chips
- 5ml Imitation vanilla
- 5g baking soda
Instructions
- Step 1: Peel and cut sweet potato and pumpkin into cubes and steam until soft, then mash.
- Step 2: Add protein powder, peanut butter, coconut flour, maple syrup, skim milk, hot chocolate and vanilla into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
- Step 3: Fold in mashed sweet potato and pumpkin and 3/4 of the chocolate chips.
- Step 4: Mix until combined
- Step 5: Pour into a lined baking tray
- Step 6: Sprinkle remaining choc chips on top.
- Step 7: Bake for 25-30 mins at 180 degrees.
