Salted Caramel Cookie Dough Brownie

Ingredients
- 3 scoops (90g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Salted Caramel flavour
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 can chickpeas - drained and rinsed
- 1/3 cup rice malt syrup
- 3/4 cup oats (ground to flour)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup choc chips
Instructions
- Step 1: Place all wet ingredients into a food processor and blend until completely smooth.
- Step 2: Transfer into a mixing bowl and mix all remaining ingredients (excluding the choc chips) through.
- Step 3: Pour batter into tray lined with cling wrap.
- Step 4: Melt choc chips and drizzle over the top.
- Step 5: Place in the freezer for 30-60 minutes to set.
- Step 6: Once firm cut into 15 slices.
