Choc Berry Brownies
Chocolate Raspberry Brownie Recipe

Ingredients
- 100g Bulk Nutrients Earth Protein in Chocolate
- 200g oats
- 50g cocoa
- 400g can of cannellini beans (white beans), rinsed and drained
- 100g non-fat plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 egg
- 15g baking powder
- 50g sweetener
- 200ml unsweetened almond milk
- splash of vanilla essence
- 150g chopped strawberries (thaw if using frozen)
- 80g milk chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C.
- Step 2: Put all ingredients except for the strawberries and chocolate into the food processor. Process until smooth.
- Step 3: Gently stir through the chopped strawberries and chocolate.
- Step 4: Pour into a square baking tin lined with baking paper and bake for 25-30mins.
- Step 5: Cool in the tin before removing and cutting into 8.
- Step 6: **NOTE- Don’t be tempted to swap to whey… it won’t give you the same texture.
