Festive Choc Berry Biscuit Recipe

Ingredients
- 40g Bulk Nutrients WPC Chocolate
- 1 1/2 cups plain wholemeal flour
- 1/2 cups coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 120g butter – softened
- 1 teaspoons vanilla essence
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 160 degrees. and line a baking tray.
- Step 2: Place butter and coconut sugar in a mixer and beat until well combined.
- Step 3: Add vanilla essence, salt and baking powder and beat again.
- Step 4: Gently stir through flour and WPC.
- Step 5: Take dough and roll out to 0.5-1cm thickness between two sheets of baking paper.
- Step 6: Use a cookie cutter or glass to cut cookie shapes. Place on baking tray with space between each cookie.

- Step 8: If the dough becomes too soft, you may need to refrigerate dough in between reworking and rolling.
- Step 9: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
- Step 10: Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
- Step 11: Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
- Step 12: Best stored in an airtight container.
