Choc Hazelnut Cake

Ingredients
Cake
- 80g Bulk Nutrients Matrix+ in Choc Hazelnut
- 150g oats
- 100g self-raising flour
- 10g baking powder
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 70g Nutella
- 70g sweetener
- Splash of vanilla
Frosting
- 30g Bulk Nutrients Matrix+ in Choc Hazelnut
- 150g light cream cheese
Top
- 30g crushed hazelnuts
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C.
- Step 2: Grind the oats into a rough powder using a food processor. Add the remaining cake ingredients and process again. Alternatively, you can use oat flour and mix by hand in a bowl.
- Step 3: Pour into a large loaf tin lined with baking paper. Bake for around 40mins until cooked through.
- Step 4: Mix together the frosting ingredients, then spread on top of cooled cake. Top with crushed hazelnuts and cut into 8 to serve.
