Jason is an online coach and powerlifter, who holds many Australian Deadlift records. He also has many clients and enjoys teaching them about nutrition and training. He has his own coaching brand called Husla.

Hey, My Name is Jason
I am an online strength coach & sports nutritionist.
Growing up playing Football & Basketball throughout my schooling years, an injury derailed my ability to play sport. In 2011 my attention turned towards strength and hypertrophy training, with the goal of improving my lower back injury, and to become as big and as lean as possible which is a goal that many share today.
My love of training, competing in powerlifting and coaching has now evolved into HUSLA, my coaching brand.

Jason's Approach to Nutrition
I have a mixed diet which includes many fruits, vegetables, fibre and protein. I also prioritise healthy carbs for performance benefits.
Average daily calorie intake: 3100 at maintenance.
Are there foods you avoid? Why? No, I don't tend to avoid foods. I do eat healthy, and it has to meet my macros, but otherwise I'm not too strict.
What's your go-to cheat meal? Why? No I don't do cheat meals, I enjoy all foods in moderation.
My meals change every day but here is my standard meal that involves a protein supplement:
- Micellar Casein vanilla 30g scoop
- 110g light milk
- 100g strawberries
- 100g blueberries
- 20g stevia (0 cal sugar)
