Hi, I'm Gracie
I’m a professional CrossFit athlete from Perth, Western Australia. I started CrossFit in 2020 and set a huge goal for myself - qualifying for the CrossFit Games. Fast forward a few years and I made it happen!
Some of my biggest highlights include winning my region’s semifinal event (Torian Pro), which qualified me for the 2024 CrossFit Games in Fort Worth, Texas. I finished 14th in the world and even picked up an event win in my rookie year!
CrossFit keeps me traveling internationally throughout the year. In 2024 alone, I jetted off to the USA three times - competing at Wodapalooza Fitness Festival (WZA) in Miami as both an individual and in a team, heading to Texas for the CrossFit Games, and repping Team World at the TYR Cup in California.
I currently train full-time, spending 5-6 hours in the gym, six days a week. Recovery is just as important, so I'm always jumping into ice baths and saunas, plus I make time for plenty of mobility work and stretching. When I’m not training, I’m usually hanging out with my two Miniature Dachshunds, Billie and Hazel, or soaking up the sun at one of Perth’s stunning beaches.
My Bulk Recommendations

Electrolyte Plus
Why I love it: It fuels me during my sessions and helps replenish nutrients lost in sweat, especially during hot training days.
How I use it: 1 scoop in 600ml of water - or 2 scoops when training volume is high.

Pre Workout 101
Why I love it: It gives me a boost for my afternoon training sessions, helping me maintain high intensity.
How I use it: 1 scoop in 500ml of water.

Beta Alanine
Why I love it: It helps delay muscle fatigue, allowing me to train harder for longer.
How I use it: 1 scoop with water or orange juice.
Gracie's Approach to Nutrition
I stick to a high-carb diet on training days, so I’m properly fuelled to perform at my best. Protein is also a huge priority to support my strength and recovery.
I allow myself a cheat meal once a week, usually going out for dinner with my partner.
Average Daily Calorie Intake: 3000-3200
Are there foods you crave? I love chocolate, fruit and sushi – but maybe not all at once!
What's your go-to cheat meal? Anything Japanese is always a winner for me!
