Weetbix Slice

Ingredients
Base
- 110g Bulk Nutrients WPI in Salted Caramel
- 150g Weetbix (roughly crushed)
- 150ml Skim milk (or more if needed for consistency
- 35g Light butter (25%)
- 20g Coconut flour
- 5ml Imitation vanilla or flavour drops
Icing
- 30g Bulk Nutrients WPI in Salted Caramel
- 30ml Skim milk
- 60ml Sugar-free maple syrup
Instructions
- Step 1: Combine all the dry ingredients from the base in a bowl.
- Step 2: Add melted butter. Then add milk slowly for desired consistency.
- Step 3: Press into a lined tin and refrigerate.
- Step 4: In a small pan add the protein powder, sugar-free maple syrup and skim milk. Cook until it thickens.
- Step 5: Remove the tin from the fridge and spread the icing. Refrigerate for a few hours and slice into 12 pieces.
