Vanilla Protein French Toast

Ingredients
French Toast:
- 30g Protein Matrix+ in Vanilla
- 2 egg whites
- 60ml unsweetened almond milk
- 20g sweetener (optional)
- Splash of vanilla
- 4 slices of bread (118g)
Toppings (included in macros):
- 100g non-fat plain Greek/high-protein yoghurt
- 80g raspberries
- 50ml sugar-free maple syrup
Instructions
- Step 1: Place all of the French toast ingredients (except for the bread) in a shallow dish. Whisk until combined.
- Step 2: Dip each slice of bread into the batter, covering both sides.
- Step 3: Cook over med-high heat in a non-stick pan for a few minutes until the first side is browned. As the French toast is cooking, pour any remaining batter over the bread as well.
- Step 4: Once browned, flip to cook the other side.
- Step 5: Stack the French toast onto your plate and top with yoghurt, raspberries and syrup.
