Salted Caramel Pretzel Doughnuts

Ingredients
For the donuts:
- 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Vanilla flavour
- 1/2 cup self raising flour
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 3 tablespoons stevia
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon caramel liquid sweetener
For the icing:
- 30g cream cheese
- 120g Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon caramel sweetener
- Optional pretzels for the topping
Instructions
To make the donuts:
- Step 1: Mix together protein powder, self raising flour, coconut flour, baking powder and sweetener of choice.
- Step 2: Mix in the egg, almond milk and caramel sweetener.
- Step 3: Place the mixture into a donut tray and bake for 15 minutes at 180°c.
- Step 4: Let donuts cool while you make the icing.
To make the icing:
- Step 1: Whisk together cream cheese, yogurt, honey and caramel sweetener.
- Step 2: Spread the icing on the donuts and sprinkle with pretzels.
