Fluffy Bunny Protein Donuts

Ingredients
Donuts
- 100g Bulk Nutrients WPC in Vanilla or Vanilla Maple
- 100g self-raising flour
- 10g baking powder
- 20g sweetener
- 2 eggs
- 100ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1tsp vanilla
- 200g high-protein non-fat plain Greek yoghurt
Frosting
- 30g Bulk Nutrients Micellar Casein in Vanilla (or more WPC)
- 100g high-protein non-fat plain Greek yoghurt
- 10g sweetener
- 25ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1tsp vanilla
Toppings/decorations
- 20g desiccated coconut (fluff)
- 24 candy eyeballs (eyes)
- 12 white marshmallows, halved lengthways (ears)
- 20g pink sprinkles (ears)
- 12 choc bits (noses)
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C.
- Step 2: Combine dry donut ingredients in a large bowl, then add wet ingredients and stir well.
- Step 3: Pour 12 donuts into donut trays and bake for 12 minutes until golden and cooked through. Allow to cool slightly in trays, then remove and cool on a wire rack.
- Step 4: Mix the frosting ingredients together in a small bowl and spread over cooled donuts.
- Step 5: Top with decorations as pictured to turn your donuts into fluffy bunnies! For the ears, press the sticky inside of each marshmallow into the sprinkles.
