Froot Loops Protein Doughnuts

Ingredients
Doughnuts
- 70g Bulk Nutrients WPC in Vanilla or Vanilla Maple
- 70g self-raising flour
- 10g baking powder
- 15g sweetener
- 2 eggs
- 60ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1tsp vanilla
- 130g high-protein non-fat plain Greek yoghurt
Frosting
- 30g Bulk Nutrients WPC in Vanilla
- 100g high-protein non-fat plain Greek yoghurt
- 30g Froot Loops, blended to a powder
- 1tsp vanilla
Topping
- 60g Froot Loops
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C.
- Step 2: Combine dry doughnut ingredients in a large bowl, then add wet ingredients and stir well.
- Step 3: Pour 8 doughnuts into doughnut trays and bake for 12 minutes until golden and cooked through. Allow to cool slightly in trays, then remove and cool on a wire rack.
- Step 4: Mix the frosting ingredients together in a small bowl and spread over cooled doughnuts.
- Step 5: Top with the extra Froot Loops.
