Rocky Road Baked Oats

Ingredients
- 30g Bulk Nutrients Protein Matrix+ in Rocky Road
- 50g Mashed Banana
- 40g Oats
- 125ml Almond Milk
- 30ml Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 15g Mini Marshmallows
- 15g Goji Berries
- 5g Desiccated Coconut
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Step 2: In a bowl mash your banana and add your oats, almond milk and maple syrup and mix through.
- Step 3: Add protein powder and baking powder and mix together.
- Step 4: Mix through some marshmallows and goji berries.
- Step 5: Pour half of the mixture into a ramekin then add some marshmallows in the middle and pour the remaining mixture on top.
- Step 6: Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Step 7: Optional: drizzle melted chocolate on top and more coconut if desired.
