Honey Soy Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast
- 100g cup mushrooms
- 70g green Bok choy
- 35g Collagen Protein in Raw
- 100g red capsicum
- 50g brown onion
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 tbs reduced salt soy sauce
- 5 tbs honey
- 150ml water
Instructions
- Step 1: Slice all vegetables and chicken into strips.
- Step 2: In a non-stick pan cook chicken breast and set aside.
- Step 3: Add cabbage, onion and capsicum and cook until nearly soft then add mushrooms.
- Step 4: While the veg continues to cook, mix Collagen Protein and water in a shaker.
- Step 5: In a bowl mix together honey and soy sauce. When combined add Collagen Protein and mix, add garlic and mix well.
- Step 6: Add Chicken and Bok choy to the ban and stir through.
- Step 7: Once the chicken has heated through and Bok choy has wilted add the sauce and stir through well.
- Step 8: Serve and enjoy.
