Kids’ Protein Bat Brownies

Ingredients
- 40g Protein Balance in Choc Malt (can sub for WPC in Chocolate)
- 1x 400g can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 250g banana
- 30g peanut butter
- 30g cocoa
- 50g rolled oats
- 50g granulated sweetener (can sub for caster sugar but will change macros)
Decorations:
- 8x whole Oreos
- 4x Oreos cut into quarters
- 16x candy eyes
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C.
- Step 2: Food process everything (except decorations!) until smooth.
- Step 3: Set aside a spoonful of mixture if planning to use candy eyes. Pour the rest of the mixture into a large loaf tin lined with baking paper. Add your bats by using a whole Oreo for the body and quartered Oreos for the wings. Bake for around 15 minutes, then allow to cool in the tin.
- Step 4: Cut into 8 pieces when cool. If using candy eyes, use a small amount of the batter set aside to act as a glue.
