Protein Party Slice

Ingredients
Base:
- 30g WPC/WPI/Matrix/Collagen Protein/Thermowhey in Chocolate
- 125g oats
- 20g cocoa
- 20g coconut oil
- 45ml sugar-free maple syrup
Filling:
- 100g WPC/WPI/Matrix/Collagen Protein/Thermowhey in Vanilla
- 900ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2x 7g sachets sugar-free lime jelly powder
- 2x 7g sachets sugar-free grape jelly powder
- 2x 7g sachets sugar-free orange mango jelly powder
- 300ml boiling water
Instructions
- Step 1: Blitz the base ingredients in the food processor until combined. Press firmly into a large lined loaf tin. Wet your hands as it will be sticky!
- Step 2: Whisk together the almond milk and protein powder in a bowl or jug until smooth and combined.
- Step 3: Boil 100ml of the water, then combine with the one of the jelly powder flavours in a separate bowl or jug and mix until dissolved.
- Step 4: Combine a third of the protein mixture with the jelly mixture and whisk until well combined, then pour the mixture over the base.
- Step 5: Allow to set, then repeat steps 3 and 4 with another jelly flavour.
- Step 6: Allow the second jelly layer to set, then repeat again with the final jelly flavour.
- Step 7: Refrigerate overnight or for a few hours until set, then cut into 8 to serve.
