Epic Protein Smoothies
Banana Mango Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup milk of choice (we used coconut)
- 2 scoops Bulk Nutrients Muscle Food 101 (we used cookies and cream but banana or vanilla would also work perfectly!)
Instructions
- Step 1: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Step 2: Serve immediately or keeps well in the fridge for up to 1 day.
Optional Extra Topping
We combined 1/2 cup of Chobani yogurt with 1 Tbsp Bulk Nutrients Micellar Casein Vanilla (mix well and set aside). Add both of these mixes to a piping bag and pipe on top!

Blackberry and Raspberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 10 frozen blackberries
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 1 scoop Bulk Nutrients Whey Protein Isolate / Whey Protein Concentrate in Strawberry*
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (we used coconut)
- 2 Tbsp Chobani Greek Strawberry yogurt
- * Thermowhey, Protein Matrix, or any of our Vegan Proteins work great too!
Instructions
- Step 1: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Step 2: Serve immediately or keeps well in the fridge for up to 1 day.
Optional Extra Topping:
We drizzled melted chocolate around a chilled glass and sprinkled desiccated coconut on it before filling with our smoothie (not included in nutritional calculations).
