Fruity Smoothie Bowl with Peanut Butter Muesli

Ingredients
To make the smoothie bowl:
- 30g Bulk Nutrients Earth Protein in Vanilla
- 1/2 banana – frozen
- 6 strawberries – frozen
- 30g raspberries – frozen
- 100g natural yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 100ml milk of choice
For toppings:
- Banana – sliced
- Strawberries – sliced
- Shredded coconut
- Cacao nibs
- Pistachios
- Coconut sugar
- Dark chocolate – melted
- Toasted muesli – recipe below
Instructions
- Step 1: Place all smoothie ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
- Step 2: Pour into a bowl.
- Step 3: Add desired toppings.
- Step 4: Enjoy immediately.
Toasted Peanut Butter Muesli

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 1/2 tablespoon walnuts
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil – melted
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- Step 1: Combine all dry ingredients
- Step 2: Melt coconut oil and stir through peanut butter until well combined. Add to dry ingredients and stir well.
- Step 3: Heat a frying pan to medium-high.
- Step 4: Toast until golden.
- Step 5: Remove from heat and store in airtight container until ready to use.
