Choc Peanut Butter Truffles

Ingredients
- 50g Bulk Nutrients Micellar Casein in Chocolate
- 60g Cottage cheese
- 70g Skim milk
- 20g Coconut flour
- 20g Natvia chocolate sauce
- 10g Natvia gold sweetener
- 10g Peanut butter powder
- 15g Peanut butter (runny)
- 75g Milk chocolate (melted)
- 2g Coconut oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Mix casein, cottage cheese, coconut flour, peanut butter powder and sweetener in a bowl.
- Step 2: Stir in runny peanut butter.
- Step 3: Add chocolate sauce.
- Step 4: Add half the milk and mix it together.
- Step 5: Pour in the rest of the milk and mix until combined.
- Step 6: Roll into 12 balls.
- Step 7: Freeze until just hard.
- Step 8: Mix chocolate with coconut oil and melt in the microwave.
- Step 9: Roll the balls in melted chocolate and set them on a plate or tray on baking paper (this is important or they will stick to the plate).
- Step 10: Pop them in the fridge until set.
