Chocolate Egg Casein Truffles

Ingredients
- 50g Bulk Nutrients Micellar Casein in Vanilla
- 60g Cottage cheese
- 70g Skim milk
- 20g Coconut flour
- 20g Natvia salty caramel sauce
- 10g Natvia gold sweetener
- 60g Caramilk chocolate (melted)
- 10 Mini easter eggs
Instructions
- Step 1: Mix casein, cottage cheese, coconut flour and sweetener in a bowl.
- Step 2: Add salty caramel sauce.
- Step 3: Add half the milk and mix together.
- Step 4: Pour in the rest of the milk and mix until combined.
- Step 5: Roll into 10 balls.
- Step 6: Push a mini easter egg into each one.
- Step 7: Freeze until just hard.
- Step 8: Roll the balls in caramilk chocolate and set them on a plate or tray on baking paper (this is important, or they will stick to the plate).
- Step 9: Pop them in the fridge until set.
