Crunchy Honeycomb Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 packet Bulk Nutrients Quick Protein Pancakes in Limited Edition Honeycomb flavour
- 180ml cold water
- 2 Oreos – crushed
- 2 pieces of chocolate coated honeycomb – crushed
- 6 squares of white chocolate – melted
Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare pancakes as directed on packet by whisking with 180ml of cold water. Add crushed Oreos and stir through.
- Step 2: Heat a non stick pan and pour pancake mix in to create four even sized pancakes. Cook until golden brown on each side.
- Step 3: Allow pancakes to cool slightly before topping with crushed honeycomb and melted white chocolate.
- Step 4: Best consumed immediately.
