Festive Christmas Pudding Protein Balls

Ingredients
- 1 scoop (40g) Bulk Nutrients Muscle Food 101 in Limited Edition Christmas Pudding flavour
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/2 cup mixed dried fruit
- 12 dates - soaked
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 4 tablespoons almond or coconut flour
Instructions
- Step 1: Place all ingredients (except the flour) in a small blender and process until chunky.
- Step 2: Remove mixture and place in a bowl.
- Step 3: Add the flour and stir well to combine.
- Step 4: Roll mixture into 8-10 balls.
- Step 5: Optional: Roll through desiccated coconut for extra flavour.
