Ingredients
- 1 scoop Bulk Nutrients WPI Vanilla
- 200ml full cream milk
- 15ml Irish Cream Liqueur (optional)
- Whipped cream and ground nutmeg for topping
Instructions
- Step 1: In a protein shaker mix WPI protein, milk and liqueur until thick and creamy.
- Step 2: Pour into a glass.
- Step 3: Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground nutmeg.
- Step 4: Best enjoyed immediately.
