Do Bulk Nutrients protein bars contain allergens?
Our bars are made with Milk protein, so contain dairy and the choc coating has soy lecithin. They are made at a facility that also processes peanuts, sesame and tree nuts.

Are these bars really hard?
No, you'll have to build a square jaw some other way! They have a fudgey chewy consistency, however if you store them in the cold they will be much harder so we recommend consuming at room temperature.
