Hi there, I'm Liesl!
I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and an online nutrition coach at Liesl Rozario Nutrition Coaching.
When I'm not helping clients online I work as a private practice dietitian in a Brisbane medical clinic, specialising in weight and chronic disease management.
My passion lies in helping women ditch restrictive dieting and self-sabotaging behaviours, improve their relationship with food, and fuel their bodies to thrive long-term.
During my years working in this space, I've helped hundreds of people transform their bodies and minds through education, the development of healthy habits and of course, good nutrition.
I believe in making sustainable changes to build a body you love and a lifestyle you love too.
I'm also an avid gym-goer with a love for all things fitness, in particular weightlifting. I know the importance of protein in not only achieving body composition goals but for optimal everyday health.

Why I love it: The taste is unmatched! Hands down the best-tasting protein powder I've ever tried, it's safe to say I'm obsessed. It also has great blend ability and of course, value for money.
How I use it: How don't I take it?! I mix it into a paste and drizzle it over my overnight oats, make it into protein pancakes, and mix it into smoothies and yoghurt. Oh and occasionally have it as a protein shake too!

Micellar Casein Protein
Why I love it: Having a great quality unflavoured protein to use for savoury recipes is a game-changer. For someone who follows a plant-based diet it can be challenging to get enough protein in at meal times but using this allows me to add extra protein to so many different recipes without changing the flavour at all!
How I use it: Baked into savoury muffins, pizza bases, mixed into sauces and dips...the possibilities are endless!
Liesl's approach to Nutrition
I follow a predominantly plant-based diet, with a focus on whole foods. I LOVE food and you will never catch me skipping a meal or forgetting to eat (I don't even understand how that's possible!). I believe in balance - most of my diet is made up of wholesome, nutritious foods, still leaving room for treats and less-nutritious favourite foods too. I don't believe in 'cheat meals' because all foods fit within a healthy diet. I'm a big fan of meal prepping and this is something I encourage all of my clients to do as well! All of my meals are high protein and packed with fruits and vegetables. Even one day without veggies and I'm craving them!

What's your average daily calorie intake? 2000-2200
Are there foods you avoid? Why? Only foods I don't like the taste of!
What's your go-to cheat meal? Why? Burgers + chips or pizza + cheesy garlic bread for dinner (they're classics for a reason!) and for breakfast Miss Claude's Nutella and salted caramel crepes - this would easily be my death row meal it's that good!
