Motocross Rider from North East Victoria... it's Indy!
Indy competes in Motocross while empowering other women to do the same and compete in the sport.
She also loves working out at the gym and is obsessed with all things health and fitness!
Hi my name is Indy!
I am a Motocross Rider from North East Victoria. I started riding motorbikes at the age of 20... and the rest is history!
My goal is to empower women and build confidence in those wanting to ride dirt bikes. I pride myself in showing girls that they can have fun and give it a go.
When I’m not riding, I’m either working at the hospital or working out at the gym. I love all things health and fitness, and Bulk Nutrients fits into my lifestyle perfectly and supports me in all of my activities.
Indy's Bulk Recommendations
I'm a massive fan of most of the Bulk range of products, but these are the ones that keep me going day to day.
Earth Protein - Vegan Protein
Why I love it: It tastes amazing and comes in so many different flavours. I struggled to find yummy vegan protein powders until I stumbled across the Bulk Nutrients range!
How I use it: I add water, ice, and creatine into my shaker. In the warmer months I make it into a smoothie with frozen fruit!
BCAA Recovery
Why I love it: The flavour is amazing! I have a sweet tooth and I love having something delicious to sip on throughout my day whilst also getting the added benefits of recovery and electrolytes.
How I use it: With lots of water.
Creatine Monohydrate
Why I love it: It’s flavourless so you can add it to anything! It helps me with performance and energy so it’s a staple.
How I use it: I add it to my protein shakes, BCAAs or pre workout.
L Glutamine
Why I love it: It helps strengthen my immune system and aids in my recovery. I’m a busy gal so I need all the help I can get from my supplements! It’s also flavourless. Fun fact: it’s the first ever product I brought from Bulk Nutrients years before becoming an ambassador!!
How I use it: Add it to my protein shakes and BCAAs.
Weekly Workout Plan
I do a lot of functional training so I have the strength to ride and pick up my motorbike (motorbikes are heavy!!). Leg strength is super important to be able to hold on whilst riding so I make sure I program x2 lower body sessions in. I also do boxing every Wednesday just because I love it!
I train at my local gym TTT Monday - Saturday depending on my schedule. I’ve noticed a massive improvement in my riding and mental health since working out!
I ride my motorbike most weekends as specificity training is hard to beat.

Do you have any medium/long term goals you're working towards?
My goal is to keep inspiring women to give anything a go. Motocross is a male dominated sport and I am excited to see more women give it a go. I love breaking the stereotype of the sport. Hopefully, in the future I can do some races to show girls that it isn’t as scary as it seems! But for now I’ll keep being a weekend warrior and promote all things fun.
