Hi there, I’m Hani, also known as Bench Queen.
I am a competitive powerlifter, representing Australia recently at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham where I brought home the Bronze medal which is a first for Australia.
I have also received a Sports Honor Medal from our Prime Minister and Governor General for my recent achievements in Para Powerlifting.
I've been powerlifting since 2018 but professional with Aus Paralympics since 2021 where I have been flown all over the world to compete for Australia on my pathway to Paris 2024.
I've been using Bulk Nutrients since I started my powerlifting career and I don’t trust anyone else to keep me fuelled and recovered.
If I’m not competing, training or providing motivational speeches, I am working full time in the health care network as I am passionate about my patient's journeys to better health.
