Bailey is from New Zealand, but is now living on the Gold Coast.
Bailey is a health and fitness fanatic who is also into Nutrition, often sharing healthy recipes to her followers.
Hey Everyone, I'm Bailey 😊
I am a Kiwi girl living on the Gold Coast. I moved over to Australia on my own to grow and pursue my career in the sporting industry. I've always been an active person, which started at a very young age, where I played every sport under the sun. Basketball was my number one sport, and I was even lucky enough to represent my country (NZ).
As I have always had an active lifestyle, I am passionate about all things health and wellness. Currently I do not play competitive basketball, but absolutely love getting into the gym and focusing on strength training and have recently entered the running era.
I work full time in a sporting role that keeps me busy Monday - Friday, but outside of work and training, I love creating fitness and food content.

Whey Protein Isolate
Why I love it: You just can't go wrong. Every single flavour is the BOMB! But salted caramel has my heart, this flavour is so elite. This protein powder is essential part of my daily life.
How I use it: In everything possible! On its own, smoothies and the majority of my baking.
Pre Workout 101
Why I love it: This flavour reminds me of sour lollies, it is absolutely delicious. It gives me the right amount of energy to smash out my training
How I use it: With water before training.
Quick Protein Pancakes
Why I love it: I love this, and it is so easy. I love having one as a sweet treat after dinner.
How I use it: Mixed with water and that's it!
Creatine Monohydrate
Why I love it: Helps enhance my training in the gym and I don't bloat from it!!
How I use it: Mixed in with my pre workout with water.
Bailey's approach to Nutrition
I love to have a balanced approach to my eating and incorporate all foods that I love. I love to plan out my meals every week to make sure I am fuelling myself to support my training goals.
Average Daily Calorie Intake: 2300 - 2500
Are there foods you crave? Why? I have a sweet tooth, especially after dinner, so always craving something sweet like chocolate.
What's your go-to cheat meal? Why? I don't have a cheat meal as I incorporate all foods I love everyday but if I had to choose my favourite take out meal it would have to be GYG and Yo-Chi for dessert.
My day on a plate
Pre gym meal: 30g Coco Pops, 30g Whey Protein Isolate Salted Caramel mixed with 90ml almond milk & 40-50g banana. Pre Workout 101 Tutti Frutti & 3g Creatine Monohydrate.
Breakfast: Overnight Weetbix
Snack AM: Protein Bar or 1 packet of pea snaps
Lunch: Mexican bowl, mince, white rice and salad
Snack PM: Fresh piece of fruit and corn thins with cottage cheese.
Dinner: Current obsession is roast vegetables salad.
Dessert: Anything sweet!
Plus lots of water throughout the day 😊

Run a half marathon under 2 hours and currently training towards GC Turf Games, so incorporating lots of CrossFit style into my training.
