Ingredients
- 100g Bulk Nutrients Earth or Soy Protein in Vanilla.
- 50g desiccated coconut
- 250ml sugar-free maple syrup
- 75g coconut oil melted
- 50g craisins
Instructions
- Step 1: Combine protein powder and desiccated coconut in a large bowl, add in sugar free maple syrup.
- Step 2: Melt coconut oil in the microwave before adding to the mixture, stir until combined.
- Step 3: Separate mixture into 9 even sizes, roll into balls and set on a tray in the fridge to set.
- Step 4: Enjoy!
