The Ultimate Dinner - BBQ Chicken Pizza and Protein Milkshakes

Ingredients
For the Berry Shake:
- 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix+ in Vanilla
- 1 scoop Protein Ice-Cream in Berry Coconut (link above)
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- *Optional: Low fat whipped cream
For the Future Whey Spider:
- 1 scoop (25g) Bulk Nutrients Future Whey in Lemonade
- 1 scoop Protein Ice Cream (link above)
- 50ml still water
- 150ml soda water
- *Optional: Low fat whipped cream
For the BBQ Chicken Pizza:
- 1 serve Protein Bread Co Pizza Base – Prepare as directed on packet
- 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup shredded cheese
- 4 mushrooms – sliced
- 4 rashes middle cut bacon
- 1/3 brown onion – sliced
- 1/3 large chicken breast
- *Optional: Capsicum and chili
Instructions
For the Berry Shake:
- Step 1: Place all ingredients, except for the whipped cream, in a blender and combine until smooth.
- Step 2: Pour into a glass and top with optional whipped cream.
For the Future Whey Spider:
- Step 1: Place still water and Future Whey in a shaker and shake until lumps have dissolved.
- Step 2: Pour into a glass and top with soda water.
- Step 3: Place protein ice cream in glass and top with optional whipped cream.
For the Pizza:
- Step 1: Set the oven to 180 degrees.
- Step 2: Prepare the Protein Bread Co Pizza Base as directed.
- Step 3: Saute bacon and onion together until cooked and set aside.
- Step 4: Cook chicken in strips and set aside
- Step 5: Combine BBQ and tomato sauce together and spread over the base.
- Step 6: Layer all toppings onto the pizza, finishing with the cheese.
- Step 7: Cook until the cheese is golden brown.
- Step 8: Allow to cool slightly before chopping and eating!
