Bulk's Protein Ice Cream Recipe
Berry Coconut Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 scoops Bulk Nutrients Muscle Food 101 in Vanilla
- 1 can (400ml) coconut cream
- 1 cup thawed mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
Instructions
- Step 1: First set your coconut cream in the fridge for 2 hrs. When ready to use do not shake and only use the top, solid white components, scrapping this off the top. You will use 1/2 – 3/4 of the can.
- Step 2: Add everything to your blender and blend until lovely and smooth.
- Step 3: Pour into a container.
- Step 4: Set in the freezer for at least 3 hrs or overnight.
*You can swap to any of our protein flavours or use WPI/WPC for a lower carb option.

- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Step 1: First set your coconut cream in the fridge for 2 hrs. When ready to use do not shake and only use the top, solid white components, scrapping this off the top. You will use 1/2 – 3/4 of the can.
- Step 2: Add everything to your blender and blend until lovely and smooth.
- Step 3: Pour into a container.
