Strawberry Choc Chip Protein Muffins

Ingredients
- 90g Bulk Nutrients Earth Protein Strawberry
- 2/3 cup Rolled Oats
- 30g Almond Meal
- 1 Egg (use Egg Replacer for Vegan option)
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 2 Tbs Coconut Oil
- 100g Frozen Strawberries
- 40g Milk Choc Chips (use Mylk or Dark Choc for Vegan option)
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Step 2: Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Step 3: Make a well in the middle and add wet ingredients (including Egg Replacer if using). Mix well.
- Step 4: Divide into 9 muffin cases and bake for 10 – 12 min.
- Step 5: Allow to cool for 10 min and enjoy your delicious fluffy muffins!
