Ingredients
Base
- 8x 35g Brioche mini hot dog buns
Filling
- 20g Bulk Nutrients WPC in Chocolate or Choc Peanut
- 100g fat-free plain Greek yoghurt
- 20g cocoa
- 20g sweetener
- splash of vanilla
Glaze and Top
- 40g peanut butter
- 10g coconut oil
- 10g cocoa
- 10g sweetener
- 20g crushed peanuts to top
Instructions
- Step 1: Combine the filling ingredients in a small bowl and mix until smooth.
- Step 2: Slice each slider bun and fill equally with the prepared filling, assembling it into a sandwich.
- Step 3: For the glaze, melt together the coconut oil and peanut butter. Add the cocoa and sweetener and mix until smooth. Pour equally over each doughnut and top with crushed peanuts.
