Salted Caramel Muesli Bars

Ingredients
- 50g Bulk Nutrients WPC or WPI in Salted Caramel
- 150g rolled oats
- 100g Biscoff spread
- 90ml sugar-free maple syrup
- 30g coconut oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Melt together the Biscoff and the coconut oil.
- Step 2: Add the maple syrup and protein powder and stir until combined and smooth.
- Step 3: Pour the oats into a large bowl. Add the Biscoff mixture and stir until the oats are evenly coated.
- Step 4: Press into a square cake tin lined with baking paper. Freeze until set, then cut into eight bars.
- Step 5: Store in the freezer and thaw slightly before eating.
