Ingredients
For the Brown Sugar Cinnamon and Tahini Variety
- 1 sachet Bulk Nutrients Quick Protein Oats in Brown Sugar Cinnamon
- 150ml water or milk of choice - we used almond milk
- 1 teaspoon tahini
- 1 teaspoon honey
Toppings:
- Pistachio pieces - chopped
- 2 strawberries - chopped
- Apricot pieces - chopped
For the Chocolate and Coconut Variety
- 1 sachet Bulk Nutrients Quick Protein Oats in Double Choc
- 1 sachet Bulk Nutrients Quick Protein Oats in Double Choc
Toppings:
- Sprinkle of chocolate chips
- Shredded coconut
- Drizzle of melted chocolate
For the Choc Chip Cookie Dough Variety
- 1 sachet Bulk Nutrients Quick Protein Oats in Brown Sugar Cinnamon
- 150ml water or milk of choice - we used almond milk
Toppings:
- Sprinkle of chocolate chips
- Drizzle of almond butter
- Sprinkle of almonds - chopped
For the Coconut and Turmeric Variety
- 1 sachet Bulk Nutrients Quick Protein Oats in Brown Sugar Cinnamon
- 150ml water or milk of choice - we used coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
Toppings:
- Shredded coconut
- Mango pieces
- Sprinkle of currants
- Sprinkle of seeds
Instructions
- Step 1: Place Quick Protein Oats in a bowl.
- Step 2: Add liquid and stir well.
- Step 3: Place in microwave on high for approximately 60 to 90 seconds.
- Step 4: Remove from microwave and top with desired toppings.
