High Protein Overnight Oats
Convenient Overnight Protein Oats
The beauty of overnight oats (and the reason why I love them) is their simplicity and adaptability.
To get started, all you need is a jar or container with a lid. Fill it with your desired ratio of oats, liquid (such as milk or yogurt), protein powder and a sweetener if desired. Give it a good stir, seal the container, and pop it in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, you'll find a creamy and delicious jar of oats waiting for you.
