Peanut Butter Slice

Ingredients
Base
- 30g Chocolate earth protein powder
- 120g Self-raising flour
- 15g Peanut butter powder mixed with a splash of water
- 25g Light butter, melted
- 40g Skim milk
- 50g Sugar-free maple syrup
- 10g Desiccated coconut
- 10g Nativa gold
Filling
- 70g Salted Caramel protein powder
- 80ml Skim milk
- 50g Peanut butter
Topping
- 10g Dark chocolate
Instructions
Base
- Step 1: Combine protein powder, flour, coconut and peanut butter powder (mixed with a splash of water)
- Step 2: Stir in melted butter, milk and sugar-free maple syrup
- Step 3: Once combined, press into a lined slice tin
- Step 4: Bake for 10 - 12 mins on 180
Filling
- Step 1: Whisk protein powder and milk in a bowl until smooth. Pour into a small saucepan and peanut butter
- Step 2: Cook on medium heat until thick and smooth
- Step 3: Spread evenly over the base and place in the freezer for 15 minutes
Topping
- Step 1: Melt dark chocolate (or chocolate of choice) in a microwave-proof bowl
- Step 2: Drizzle over slice and cut into 18 pieces
- Step 3: Store in freezer until ready to eat
