Ingredients
- 30g Micellar Casein protein in Vanilla
- 150g high-protein non-fat plain Greek yoghurt
- 10g sweetener
- 3x 10g meringue nests
- 85g passionfruit pulp
Instructions
- Step 1: Making the filling by mixing together the protein powder, yoghurt and sweetener.
- Step 2: Place one pavlova nest on a plate and top with one third of the filling.
- Step 3: Repeat Step 2 with the rest of the meringue nests and filling.
- Step 4: Top with passionfruit pulp to serve.
