Ingredients
- 40g Bulk Nutrients Protein Matrix+ in Rocky Road
- 200g Milk chocolate
- 180g Mixed nuts (we used walnuts, brazil nuts, peanuts & almonds)
- 100g Snakes or other jelly lollies
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Roast nuts with a sprinkle of sea salt for a few minutes in the oven or under the grill.
- Step 2: Melt chocolate Mix protein powder into the melted chocolate.
- Step 3: Roughly cut up snakes and nuts.
- Step 4: Stir in snakes and nuts.
- Step 5: Pour into a lined baking tray and refrigerate until set.
- Step 6: Cut into 24 pieces.
