- 30g Bulk Nutrients WPI in Vanilla
- 50g banana mashed
- 40g oats
- 150ml water
Toppings
- 50g blueberries
- 10g almond butter
- 30ml sugar-free maple syrup
Instructions
- Step 1: Blend the pancake ingredients in a bullet blender until smooth.
- Step 2: Using a fry pan on low heat, cook 4-5 even-sized pancakes - use a non-stick pan.
- Step 3: Serve and top with desired toppings.
