Hokey Pokey Reindeer Crackles

Ingredients
Crackles:
- 60g WPC in Hokey Pokey or Vanilla flavour
- 150g rice bubbles
- 200g Caramilk chocolate
- 30g Biscoff spread
Decorations (included in macros):
- 16 white choc melts (eyes) - approx. 24g
- 16 choc bits (pupils) - approx. 8g
- 8 Jaffas (noses) - approx. 20g
- 16 pretzels (antlers) - approx. 28g
- 10g Caramilk chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Step 1: Melt together the Caramilk and Biscoff.
- Step 2: Add the protein powder and stir until well combined.
- Step 3: Pour the mixture over the rice bubbles in a large bowl and mix until evenly coated.
- Step 4: Press into a lined circular cake tin and set in the fridge or freezer. Once set, cut into 8 triangles.
- Step 5: Decorate as pictured, using the extra melted chocolate as glue.
