Brown Sugar Cinnamon & Tahini
- 1 sachet Bulk Nutrients Quick Protein Oats in Cinnamon Brown Sugar
- 150ml water or milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon tahini
- 1 teaspoon honey
Toppings
- Pistachio pieces - chopped
- 2 strawberries - chopped
- Apricot pieces - chopped
Chocolate & Coconut
- 1 sachet Bulk Nutrients Quick Protein Oats in Double Choc
- 150ml water or milk of choice - we used coconut milk
Toppings
- Sprinkle of chocolate chips
- Shredded coconut
- Drizzle of melted chocolate
Choc Chip Cookie Dough
- 1 sachet Bulk Nutrients Quick Protein Oats in Cinnamon Brown Sugar
- 150ml water or milk of choice - we used almond milk
Toppings
- Sprinkle of chocolate chips
- Drizzle of almond butter
- Sprinkle of almonds - chopped
Instructions
- Step 1: Place Quick Protein Oats in a bowl.
- Step 2: Add liquid and stir well.
- Step 3: Place in microwave on high for approximately 60 to 90 seconds.
- Step 4: Remove from microwave and top with desired toppings.
