Fruchocs Brownies

Ingredients
- 120g Earth Protein in Chocolate
- 100g self-raising flour
- 50g cocoa
- 150g non-fat plain Greek yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- 15g baking powder
- 60ml sugar-free maple syrup
- 150ml unsweetened almond milk
- splash of vanilla
- 250g canned apricots in juice (drained, no added sugar)
- 80g Fruchocs or chocolate-coated dried apricots, chopped into
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C.
- Step 2: Put all ingredients except for the Fruchocs into the food processor. Process until smooth.
- Step 3: Gently stir through the chopped Fruchocs.
- Step 4: Pour into a square baking tin lined with baking paper and bake for around 25-30mins.
- Step 5: Cool in the tin before removing and cutting into 8 to serve.
