Choc Honeycomb Cookie Dough Eggs

Ingredients
- 140g Earth Protein in Choc Honeycomb
- 20g cocoa
- 40g sweetener
- 80ml sugar-free maple syrup
- 50g fat-free plain Greek yoghurt
- 60g Nutella
- Splash of vanilla
- Splash of unsweetened almond milk for consistency
- 60g chocolate-coated honeycomb, broken into pieces
Optional
- melted chocolate to drizzle
Instructions
- Step 1: Mix the dry ingredients (except for the honeycomb pieces) together in a large bowl.
- Step 2: Stir in the wet ingredients, then continue to knead with your hands until a dough forms. Add a splash of almond milk if needed to form the dough.
- Step 3: Knead the honeycomb pieces into the dough.
- Step 4: Shape into 8 equal-sized eggs and drizzle with chocolate if desired. Store in the fridge.
