Caramelised Churro Bars

Ingredients
- 60g Protein Matrix+ in Vanilla or Salted Caramel
- 150g Cini Mini Churro cereal
- 200g Caramilk chocolate
- 20g coconut oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Place the cereal in a large bowl.
- Step 2: Melt together the chocolate and the coconut oil in a separate bowl.
- Step 3: Add the protein powder to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
- Step 4: Stir the chocolate mixture into the cereal until evenly coated, then press into a lined square or loaf tin. Refrigerate or freeze until set, then cut into 8.
