Biscoff Choc Banana Bread

Ingredients
Base
- 60g Protein Matrix+ in Chocolate flavour
- 130g self raising flour (approx 2 cups)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 overripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 60ml almond milk
- 80ml sugar free maple syrup
- 30g melted Biscoff
- 80g Choc chips (1/2 cup)
Topping
- 2x Crushed Biscoff biscuits
- 20g Melted Biscoff
Instructions
- Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees on bake. Line a baking loaf tin.
- Step 2: Mix wet ingredients together and in a separate bowl mix dry ingredient together.
- Step 3: Pour wet mixture into dry and mix through then stir in choc chips.
- Step 4: Crush biscuits on top and drizzle melted Biscoff over the top.
- Step 5: Place in the oven for 40min.
- Step 6: Allow to cool before cutting.
