Biscoff Birthday Cake Freezer Fudge

Ingredients
- 160g Bulk Nutrients WPC in Vanilla
- 60g Biscoff spread, melted
- 80ml sugar-free maple syrup
- 40g sweetener
- 50g no fat plain Greek yoghurt
- splash of vanilla
- 30g rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Step 1: Mix together all ingredients except for the sprinkles.
- Step 2: Mix through half of the sprinkles.
- Step 3: Spoon the mixture into 8 silicone moulds (make sure you use silicone, you’ll have no hope of getting it out of anything else). Top with remaining sprinkles and freeze overnight to set. Keep stored in the freezer until ready to eat.
